Skopje Innovation District starts as a virtual, network-based district, building on existing assets and partnerships and developing towards a physical innovation hub as the ecosystem matures.

Launch as a virtual district at the Startup Revolution AI Summit and invite ecosystem participation.

Organise
Form the Steering Board, coordination team and District Network; begin biweekly coordination.

Formalise
Sign MoUs and Letters of Commitment; publish the shared roadmap and reporting structure.

Matchmaking, mentoring, internships, joint proposals, lifelong learning and pilot innovation actions.
UKIM Technical Campus
The district starts with existing ecosystem assets and partnerships, with the UKIM Technical Campus serving as the initial anchor. A future physical hub can develop as the network matures and demand is proven.
